Payner started its journey in 1990 with the production of audio and video cassettes for the Bulgarian market and export abroad. On 15 March 2007, a second Payner TV - Planet Folk, which is a satellite channel for Bulgarian folk music, was launched. Payner's trademark ad has its own original style, which has been established for almost fifteen years, and which seeks to maximize the short distance between performers and their admirers. Payner Studio performs audio and video duplication, prepress and graphic design of the production. The publishing house of the music company has its own printing base built on state-of-the-art technological solutions in this field. The production base and the head office of Payner Ltd. are located in Dimitrovgrad. In the field of Roma music, the leading names were also produced by Payner Studio. Since 1994, Payner has been the initiator and chief organizer of the festival for a new folk song track "Thrace Folk". The first "Thrace Folk 94" gathered in Dimitrovgrad the best orchestras for Bulgarian folk music and their soloists. In 1995, popfolk established itself as a genre and as preferred music in Bulgaria and accordingly in line with these trends was established as a compulsory section of the festival "Thrace Folk 95". The next edition of the festival took place in Haskovo, then two in Stara Zagora and its fifth edition was in the summer theater in Plovdiv. At the end of 2004, the music company launched another initiative - the chain of attractive disco clubs "Planet Payner Club". SIMAT AD, Dimitrovgrad is a company that originated in 1957 as a work platform for concrete and concrete products manufacturing at the Vulcan Cement Factory, then called "The Polygon". Since 1964 it has been transformed into a stand-alone enterprise named "Construction and Industrial Enterprise", whose main activity was the production of centrifugal posts for power engineering, concrete products, mosaic tiles, large-scale panels and concrete elements. Reinforced centrifugal posts are used to fasten the electrical wires in the construction, repair and maintenance of low voltage power lines and power lines up to 20 kV. Reinforced concrete centrifugal pillars are produced in circular conical forms made of concrete - 30,0 мРа / class B-25 /. When centrifuging the columns under the impact of the centrifugal force, the concrete is uniformly distributed in cross-section and length, and at high speeds the concrete is better firmed. As a final result of more efficient firming and reduction of the water-cement factor, the strength of the concrete compared to ordinary vibrated concrete increases, the outer surface is smooth, dense, without burrs, cracks and curves along the length, increasing the product's operating life. The manufactured low-voltage reinforced concrete centrifugal poles and 20 kV power lines meet all the requirements of BDS 4350-60. Between 1985 and 1986, the first automated line for the production of concrete tiles and shutters in Bulgaria - Skandia 60 was implemented as a complete delivery and installation of AVESE - Sweden. In 1987 the line was put into operation and production started with an annual capacity of 7.5 million units. In 1995 the company was privatized and joint-stock company SIMAT AD was established with 100% private capital, which successfully adapted to the conditions of a free market economy and continued the tradition in the production of tiles and roof elements. A few years later, in 1998 SIMAT AD became the owner of 100% of the capital of Colored Concrete Roof- tiles EOOD, Plovdiv. Colored Concrete Roof- tiles EOOD - Plovdiv was established in 1989 with the main scope of activity production and sale of concrete roof-tiles and shutters in the country and abroad. In the period 1990-1991 an automatic line for the production of concrete roof- tiles and shutters Skandia 60 was installed, a complete supply and installation of the company AVESE - Sweden. In 1991 the line was put into operation and production operations began with an annual capacity of 7.5 million roof-tiles and shutters. In 2005, the production lines were renewed and renovated at both plants, which continues at the moment. New technological equipment has been purchased, which allows the construction of additional roofing elements of concrete needed for the construction of a roofing system. In the same year the trademark BETKERS was registered under which all products are offered in a common system guaranteeing maximum functionality, aesthetic appearance and long roof life.
