PBWHA is one of the oldest associations in Albania, which was created in 1992 and is recognized nationally and internationally. The mission of this group is the emancipation of Albanian women by increasing their authority in all professions, skills and entrepreneurship. Undoubtedly we focus remains support, encouragement in their economic activity, professional craft. While the strategy of the association is real support of micro enterprise development, Small and medium run by women in the Republic of Albania. After the Western experience, the association has developed a range of services for Albanian women in business through information, training, organizing trade forums and B2B, separate exhibitions, seminars, conferences and television conversations at home and abroad being part of the network with multiple organizations regional and international in the field of entrepreneurship pink. It is the only association in the economic field with longevity 20 years, the only women's association in business, with 40 foreign partners and international title this year, given the TIAW awards, among 100 women in business from around the world (the first time Albania is included in the field of entrepreneurship femeore). Having a 20-year history requires time and technical work longer. It requires an expertise and socio-economic researchers dedicated and impartial. Recently such a mobilization is observed by many state structures in cooperation with PBWHA-ne. Few historic general After 90 years, the Albanian society turned dry, changed the system and structure of a state policy and a whole people require time, but also quick choices, new findings and coherent position. The younger generation has little difficult to understand, a half light generation, while our generation can better explain but emotional loads, less tendency subjectivity. Fall of a system put in front of us dilemma, how can we survive, where to keep our !!! ??. But, breathing the freedom of thought and action, the space to be independent, to prove, without judging the survey, without fear that someone will say, do as I say, I had incalculable power of the internal energy of the exterior of all people, even to Us, women. So it would work, but would take the fruit itself, will give them, but I will go where it should participate, market economy brought the "ring" of all parties, although referees attended the injustice of the following; Motivation opened up the path, the path narrower, more thorns, the beast and the beast, with severe trials, but we do not retire, and we did. One of these paths was the entrepreneurs. And ... .iu sweep and work, but soon thought how to communicate, to regroup and to cooperate and these sparks were born civil society ... and our association in November 1992. Today, it is very easy to create an association, but in years 1990- 1995 there were no laws, no rules had, there is no information, he had no experience. Fortunately or for skilfully were the initiators of the first creation of the Association and the Women's Center in Albania, where they were grouped four associations, with different focuses, not changing the focus of our activity until nowadays. So was the need to be represented, to have a voice, to be respected for being a loyal player in Albanian socio-economic skakieren, and later also in the region and the world. Members were very hard, we met every month, with simple meetings away our experiences, but progress. Take part in desks where calling at us (even where no political preference, social and individual, the old caste knew these things better than the middle class, which is still more workers and conscious). Read more, gather our crafts and exhibitions used to do in the office, we rented room in hotel halls and galleries to increase real involvement in the market economy and sucked interests of the customers, buyers and other stakeholders. More precious to us was training, a hunger for knowledge, for training, certification and training tables and meetings. We took our newspaper in 1995, "Orbita" quarterly, with circulation of 200 pieces; when the first computer in 1996 association, was a luxury for the time and the possibility of writing more, and later the beginning of e-mail and only in 1998, log on to the Internet, although speeds as slow as a email required an hour to be sent. And ... achievements pitch each other, our ambitions do not cease and often forgetting to stop. As organizations come and become known and respected when it comes to providing a representation and a voice in the economy for any woman in business. Women came to anetaresoheshin to be grouped, to be accompanied, for some training, some training, some even ... to go abroad, or to obtain a visa. Tirana was and still is privileged because its business had and have different opportunities to attend seminars, conferences, workshops, fairs, economic forums etc. Other cities saw with envy and began to demand their counterparts. Our Association immediately came to the rescue, had its own potential and set up branches in many cities, especially in the most important towns of Durres, Shkoder, Vlora, Korca, Pogradec, Fier, Lezhe and finally in Kukes and Fushearrez. Membership increased, 10, 20, 40 to 100 and beyond. I give, and give them the services that were not members were candidates for tomorrow to start a business, to be together in difficulty, to contribute to growth in dignity and status. They were preparing the future. We created a good management model, truly democratic elements though, today's strong democracy requires inclusiveness, appreciation of themselves and others, taking over commitments in associations, civic courage to correct the mistakes of growth and wisdom to provided better alternatives. Her conduct require tough decisions when it comes to the mission and vision of political saj.Mjedisi was tough, even quite hostile to serious and European elements associations. Political neutrality was seen as wrong even underground blasphemy; but our group also coped well this challenge. Our Association is composed of various businesses, services and products, construction and legality, tourism and handicraft, selling and IT, real estate and architecture, joinery and private medicine etc. Among the strengths of the association it was and is her visionary leadership, cooperative and tolerant, becoming a good guide for the other associations that required and also require cooperation, interaction, consultancy, advocacy and networking. Today we cover the network of women in the economy, which also operates qualitatively in informal though be great group of organizations that participate in it. The added value of the association is, dedication, sacrifice, teamwork and transparency
