"Business center Isperih encourages, assists and promotes the development of entrepreneurship and tourism in the Isperih region. The organisation is active in the fields of youth, volunteering and the non-governmental sector. It contributes to the development of local potential to overcome youth unemployment and to help young people and the unemployed in the region through specialized professional support and assistance in starting and developing their own, small and family business. It also provides professional business consultations and advice in the fields of production, markets, finance, business planning, taxes, legislation, establishment and management of their own enterprise, personnel selection and management, etc. to manufacturers, entrepreneurs and people who want to start their own business. The center conducts specialized training and qualification programs in agriculture and forestry, land management, the environment and those aimed at enhancing the business knowledge and managerial skills of producers and entrepreneurs. It provides assistance in the preparation of business plans, investment projects, economic justifications when requesting loans from banks and other institutions. It participates in the development of strategies, analyzes and programs for youth policy development, encourages the provision of services for the integration of vulnerable youth groups from society, including the unemployed, students, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities and others. The organisation provides advice and develops information activities to support local economic development in the field of agriculture through seminars, workshops, exhibitions and fairs to promote local business, cooperates and collaborates with cultural and other non-profit institutions in activities for adapting cultural monuments and natural landmarks to the needs of tourism. It provides information and assistance for the realization of business contacts in the country and abroad. It also express and defend the common interests of its members and is actively involved in the development of local structures to reduce the level of unemployment. Additional activities of the business center are: organizing trainings; publishing and consultancy; advisory services to businesses and NGOs, including the preparation of financial statements; information, tourist, program, impresario or other services; leasing; warehousing, transport and forwarding activities; commercial representation and intermediation, trade and foreign trade activity after registration or receipt of the respective licenses, as well as any other activities not prohibited by law. Economic activity should be related to the main non-economic subject of activity and its results go entirely to achieve the non-profit goals of the association."
