In 1988 construction begun, so that 5 years later, in 1992 the owner Ljupcho Gjorgjevski founded the company MELNICA KADINO. At the beginning the capacity was small and limited to 18 tons of wheat processing in 24 hours. In the years to come, the organization grew, so that in 1999 it doubled its capacity to 40 tons of wheat processing within 24 hours. NOWADAYS: KADINO INDUSTRY GROUP Ltd Company has a 25 years-old tradition of production of mill products and fresh frozen filo pies and pastries. Today, Kadino has modern milling capacity of 70 tons of wheat processing in 24 hours and is a successful organization with 90 employees full time and 30 employees part time, with future plans to be a large international organization. Thanks to the constant high quality of the products, KADINO is developed into a leading manufacturer of milling and fresh frozen products in Macedonia. Today, the organization has a wide range of products, different types of wheat flours for different purposes and fresh frozen filo pies. With its own distribution network and regional organization throughout Macedonia, KADINO is continuously developing by improving technology and professional personnel. Тhe most up-to-date laboratory on the Balkans has been integrated into the company as to ensure the quality of its products, and it carries out analyses on the qualities of different types of wheat flours with complete solutions for the Mill-Baking Industry, Brabender. Also we are the first and the only one authorized and accredited laboratory in Macedonia for analyzing chemical, physical and rheological characteristics of wheat and wheat flours. The laboratory technology we use is the best one in this category in the world. The company has obtained the integrated ISO 22000, HACCP system, HALAL standard that are guarantee for high–quality ecological products and professional organization.
