Firm Info

Thanks to the extraordinarily great tradition in growing the grapevine, the very favorable soil-climatic conditions and the rich natural resources, DG Tikvesh marks more than 60 years of tradition in growing vines. Until 1998 we were part of the former Agrokombinat Tikvesh, and since 1999 we have been functioning as an independent entity. The tradition of continuous growth and development continues throughout the years with investments in the wine sector, that is, starting with the project for construction of new own winery, VVM DG Tikves, in 2013. DG Tikvesh is the main hallmark of the pulsing of the city on the vine and beyond. Tradition and quality are felt at the very first sight of the vineyard vineyard. The impeccable quality of wine and table grapes is nurtured on 800 ha of vineyards.

Cooperative Offers

VVM DG Tikves has a production capacity of 8 million liters of wine, with a tendency of up to 12 million liters in the next three years. 95% of the total production refers to bulk wine for export, while the other 5% are bottled wine in different packaging. The winery has a wide range of grape varieties from its own vineyards, which enables us to control the quality of the grapes and select the desired location. By applying a tailor-made approach to the cultivation of the grapevine, and ensuring proper treatment and care of each plot of land, we endeavor to maintain the continuity of the quality of the grapes, and thus the quality of the wine.
