Dea Lines is a travel agency entirely owned and managed by a female, Mrs. Arjana Isaku. It was established in 2000 from. She initiated this activity after eight years of previous experience as sales coordinator at one of the first maritime lines operating in Albania. Mrs. Isaku counts in total more than 20 years of experience in the tourism area. Dea Lines is located in Durres city, positioned initially at the zone of Ferry Terminals, when started its operation focusing only in ticketing, mostly for ferry boats, departure from Durres harbour, but later the Agency changed the location in the main boulevard, at the trade street of the city. The new location gave the opportunities to develop new services. Dea Lines operates in three points within Albania. The Central office is in Durres, and two other offices in the airport "Mother Teresa" Rinas (2006) and in Shkodra (2011). The Agency has marketed its business through participation of World Guide “Lonely Planet”, since 2005. Recent years, the Agency has strongly emphasized the tourism services, where the annually participation in info-tours to tourist destinations such as Sharm El Sheikh, Turkish beaches, etc., has mostly focused the operation with tourist groups. In January 2016, it was licensed by the World Federation of Tourist Guides. The Agency enjoys the good reputation. It employs 5 persons. During the second part of 2015, Dea Lines has undertaken professional marketing and develop new products and also train the staff. On site trainings were developed in order to better customize the packages. The company has invested in the acquisition of a 28 passenger seats bus in order to extend the activity in the field of touristic tours inside the country and also abroad. The management is actually in the process of reviewing its existing touristic packages trying to utilize the opportunities ensured by owning a vehicle instead of outsourcing the transportation services. Actually, the company has been expanding their services, within Albania, with incoming and domestic toursist and it is performing well.

Company Services

To improve the services to clients, air ticketing and hotel reservations, Dea Lines, licensed two staff from International Air Transport Association (IATA), Montrealand in May 2008. As such, it is accepted as qualified Agency by IATA.

It offers holiday packages in different destinations throughout Albania. Outgoing groups are organised in Montenegro, Macedonia, Croatia, Greece as well as other countries as Turkey, Italy, Spain, Hungary, in cooperation with local tour operators

Depending on customer requirements, the Agency offers rental cars. According to their desires the available car types are: Mercedez-Benz, Hunday ... Chevrolet, with 2 seats up to 8 seats

For journeys involving daily excursions or several day trips, the Agency puts at their disposal a new Minibus, 20 seats, with full convenience that guarantees travel in qualitative conditions.

According to the customer's interest, DEA LINES provides certified travel guides in English, French, Italian, Greek ...

Dea Lines offers touristic tours according to the requirements of individual clients or groups, such as schools, enterprises and institutions or organizations. The specialized staff of the Agency is also available to give recommendations according to the customer's needs and interests.

The agency offers also Real Estate services.

The agency is interested to cooperate with the travel agencies from the regions to organised tourist programme within Albania for incoming tourists.
