Bioferma Rramilli '04 shpk company started its activity in 2004, with a 10 year experience in this field. The company is a legal entity that carries out the activity with the main purpose of producing and marketing milk and fresh bovine meat. "Bioferma Rramilli 04" with location Kompleksi Gjepalaj, Likesh village, Durrës, has an area of about 30.000m² while the construction area is 13200m2. The area of purchased agricultural land is about 106ha. Starting in 2009, 20ha of land is planted with olives, giving priority to olive cultivation, in its prospective processing. During the period 2004-2013, there have been major investments: i) shelters for breeding bovine animals; ii) maternity stall; (iii) calf stalls for refurbishment; iv) fattening stalls; (v) milking facilities; vi) silos and machinery for agricultural means; vii) environment for processing the food base; viii) cleansing and cattle hygiene facilities ix) hangars, silage holes, manure pits; x) supporting infrastructure for production as well as entertainment. The full capacity of the livestock complex is 800 heads, but currently 65% of the stands are used. The livestock structure that is breeding is 490 heads: milk cows 211 heads; new lambs 119 heads, the rest bulls, male calves and milk calves. The farm has made considerable investments in the purchase and installation of modern technology equipment. The main business activity at Bioferma Ramilli '04 "is breeding livestock for milk. In this regard, the activities are also focused on this. So even the main revenue, at 86.6% of sales, comes precisely from the sale of milk. Regarding the main competitors in the market for the farm are: i) shopping malls; ii) small producers, farmers. With regard to the current volume of sales "Bioferma Ramilli '04" is very dependent on the number of heads it has as well as from their production. Currently, the parameters regarding the sales volume are 1100 Ton milk.
