Aiba Company sh. a ,created since 1994 , is a business company with main activity the production of animal food and from 1999 the intensive growth of poultry for egg production. This company , today has a leading role in the egg production industry in Albania , not only due to today's achievements but also due to the road proceeded till now. Aiba Company sh. a has firstly started its activity with a container of 32.000 chickens for egg production and has been expanded since then , following improved methods constantly and systematically in every direction - starting from the usage of improving techniques on various processes to its attitude versus the costumers and directed by the basis philosophies of management and human resources. Today this company has a number of 330.000 chickens of poultry production that are breed in five containers and 150.000 chicks that are breed in two containers. Through its constant application of innovative ideas this company tries to serve to the needs of its costumers according to their expectations. Always trying to bring to the customer's table the most reliable and qualitative products , Aiba Company sh. a implements the System of Quality Management , according to the international standards of UNI EN ISO 9001 : 2008 and the implementation of the requirements of the System HACCP ,after its certification in these two systems in 2007. Through the years have been made essential investments in order to improve the presence of the company products in the actual markets in Albania and abroad. One of Aiba' s greatest challenge is the inclusion of the main product eggs in the EU markets.
The final product of the company that fulfills its goals its definitely eggs for human and industry consumption, the production of which is a biological process , that is fulfilled through the breeding of the poultry chickens, food supply, assurance of the needed techniques , in accordance with the breed , age , level of productivity etc. The composition of the chicken's food includes cereals such as : maize, wheat , sunflower beans, soya bean , sorgum etc; different vitamins ; methionine , lysine . phosphate , calcium carbonate , pigments etc. The egg size , its external color , level of productivity, quantity of food consumption to produce an egg when all the other elements remain in status quo, depend on the used poultry breed. The breed used mostly by Aiba is LOHMANN LSL CLASSIC WHITE. The final product eggs is one of the most completed and economic food, known for its great alimentary values, cause of its larger composition of : minerals, vitamins and proteins. Egg is recommended for general consumption from all ages for its curative values also.
The one day old chicks start the process of work in Aiba Company sh. a. In this critical phase , it is particularly given importance to the selection of the breeds from known, certificated and affirmed suppliers that have shown constant stability , being connected strictly with the final goal. After being accommodated into the containers the one day old chicks stay for a period of 120-130 days , begins the veterinary and sanitary care. In order to assure them a proper environment they are put into special conditions that fulfill proper technical parameters ,technology and according to the required standards After the passage of the chicks in the production containers begins the egg production process .The construction of the containers is made accordingly to the European standards and also their allocation in cages. The chickens here are also put into intensive and periodical control in order to fulfill the hygiene and sanitary requirements such as the stabilization of the ventilation , lightning, moisture level and water temperature , water supply etc. Aiba' s internal laboratory is an essential partner in the constant preventing control that assures the animal and product's safety and reliability
Aiba Company sh. a is also specialized in producing animal food for livestock, this activity occupies nearly 40 % of the actual market of food for livestock. This process starts in the Aiba fabric of animal food , where the raw material is gathered and then prepared for all kinds of animals according to the required standards. The raw material is imported or is of Albanian origin and the suppliers are chosen according to the experience in the field and safety guaranty. Some of the raw material imported from abroad are described as below : Premixes and microelements such as Ovored , Premix Layer + AVZ,Alb Revitproduttori, lysine etc ; Raw material such as methionine , dicalcium phosphate , soy bean , soy oil, fish meal etc. Beet beans , sunflower beans , maize , wheat etc ; Animal gross , carbonate , salt etc. Aiba Company sh. a also produces food for its own production section that means that the production is strictly linked with this activity. Some of animal categories Aiba produces food for are : Pigs in all ages till the production phase ( piglets, calf pigs etc.) Cows ( for breeds of such as Holstein etc ); Calf ; Broilers ( meat chickens ) the food is given ad libidum; Chickens ( poultry production). The production of animal food is also licensed and a registered trademark.
The organic fertilizer AIBIOS is used in all types of land and for all cultures of cultivation , in fields and protected environments , fruit culture , viniculture etc. and all other cultures that have a vegetative and productive life for more than 3 - 4 months. The usage of the organic food AIBIOS affects directly in the improvement of the combination of consisting elements of the land's structure , of porosity , capacity of water holding and scale of ventilation. In 1 ton of AIBIOS there are 13 kg of useful micro organisms that do affect directly on the in the liveliness of the land. The high content of bio fermentation organic substances , makes possible the increase of active potassium in the land that affects directly In the increase of life , intensification of interaction of nitrification, ammonic bacteria and other biological micro organisms that decompose the synthesis of organic substances.The usage of AIBIOS affects on the improvement of chemical qualities of the land increasing the suction capacity , assures the gradual embezzlement of nutritional substances , affects on the improvement of interaction of potassium and nitrogen, decreases the scale of rinse and the fixation of chemical elements in land , increases the efficiency of their usage. AIBIOS- is presented as a fertilizer with a dark brown color, without odor or with a light fragrance.It’s characterized by a humidity around 20%.Physical structure of the manure is homogeneous - Processed manure AIBIOS contains macroelements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in amounts of 4-6%, - In the processed manure occurs the gradual breakdown of the ingredients (for example, nitrogen is mostly present in organic form). - AIBIOS constitutes the best guarantee of sanitary hygienic character : the high temperatures reached during composting process to provide what some define as a kind of "pasteurization" of the product which leads to failure of infected seeds present in some cases or the different phytopathogens - Is a product improvement, being rich in organic matter improves soil fertility; - Having a high content of dry matter and consistent structure, AIBIOS-i can be easily transported in long distances. - AIBIOS-on can be stored in sacks or in clusters (when it’s bulk) and uncovered (in case of temporary rain gets wet only the surface layer, 15-30 cm) - Improves the environment from pollution. Recent studies show that farming is one of the biggest polluters of the environment. Processed manure (in case we are considering is the poultry manure produced in AIBA Company complex) contributes in improving the environment by preventing its contamination.
Vineyard "DUKA" lies in the hills of Ishmi, between forest and southern direction.Vineyard surface area is over 5 hectares and is besieged.There have been made all the investments that avoid soil erosion. Agricultural mechanics is sufficient to perform in time and quality agronomic work. The vineyard is an agronomic and engineering work as well, with a beautiful visitable landscape from domestic and foreign tourists, suitable even for organizing rural day camps tourism. Wine "Duka" is produced from bio grapes that fills the agro-environmental criteria that are required by this production system. The main criteria that has been applied is the use of a base material not harmful to human health, other living beings and the environment. The nutrition of the vine and the land was realised with organic fertilizer.There haven’t been used traditional chemical fertilizers. Protection of the vine and grape from diseases and pests was released with products registered for organic farming. For protection from vrugu disease there have been used preparations copper based,for protection from the disease of ash there have been used sulfur-based preparations. For protection from the Tenja insect there have been used substances that avoid the release of eggs from insects in the grape truss. These are called misleading pheromones from the Tenja butterflies brought from Switzerland.The Protection of the baked truss from hornets is made with pitfalls contains food liquids with sugar.This method has completely avoided the use of classical insecticides Watering vine is made with reservoir water isolated by the neighbor colander plots.The water reservoir is surrounded by the forest. Vineyard surrounding environment.The vineyard is surrounded by the forest and there is no possibility of contamination from dust and fumes. The implementation of all practices mentioned is controlled by inspection bodies, which after being convinced for the correct application of production techniques generates relevant certificate "Bio" Certification is based on the standard of European Community. Wine "DUKA" is certified as wine coming from bio grape Cultivars in vineyard Duka: Cabernet, Merlot, Tempranilo. Very high value of raw materials, modern and professional techniques of wine production, packaging and labeling, meeting all those criteria that requires bio wines of high quality. If the customer could have the chance to visit this vineyard would taste even more the wine produced from the vineyard.Reliability is the taste itself. These wines fall into the category of strong wine, it is advisable to be accompanied with roasted meats and fish. These wines are reviving to human health,for absorption of food,for the cardiac patients,helps in cleaning and beautifying the skin of the face etc.
Aiba Company sh. a , except from the trading of animal food , offers to its clients the transportation in cases when the goods are purchased in the fabric of animal food near AIBA and even in cases when the goods are purchased by clients located in other localities. Aiba Company sh. a also provides professional consulting through its own laboratory where are executed these kind of analysis and services : Analysis of food , moisture analysis , ash , fibers , proteins and fat. Control of the raw material that enters the company. Qualitative analysis of egg ( the intensity of the yellow ,PH) . Bacteriological analysis ( different detailed controls about egg, intern organs of the birds , food , environment, water , fat, organic fertilizer, raw material and also the control of food for the presence of metals ) to determine the presence of bacteria , the determination of their type and their way of treatment. Analysis about wine (PH, general acidity , alcoholic scale etc)
