Lazarov Ltd. was founded on March 10, 1989. Since December 1990, it has been engaged in bread production since it opened its first bakery. For 27 years, the company has three bakeries, a snack shop, a patisserie, three shops and ten hot spots where they are baking and offering their own products. It is one of the few companies that have the full range of bakery: bread-making with over 50 items, confectionery - over 35 kinds of snacks, confectionery - with over 200 kinds of juicy and dry confectionery and boutique cakes. "Lazarov" Ltd skillfully combines the old traditions and the new technologies as a specialties for the company are the yeast breads, the special and dietetic breads, the home-made pizzas, the hand-made bread, the burettes, the muffins. In our production we only use quality materials. The main type of grapes in the bakery industry is an approved standard. All bakery products are prepared on customer's request - form and weight. The einkorn wheat is accompanied by a SGS Certificate. The yeast is present every day in the bread products recipes. And all this in a strictly executed HACCP system and developed technological plans and documentation. New in confectionery is that we went back to the natural materials - cow butter, sugar, nuts, oil, eggs, home-made sweets and marmalades. For family holidays, our customers enjoy the full range of cakes, small sweets, specialties and bakery products. In confectionery, our boutique cakes are unique. Children enjoy all of their favorite characters illustrated on their festive cakes. Honeymooners receive wedding cakes that fascinate all guests and friends at their wedding ceremony. Our jubilee cakes recreate the spirit of the celebrations and the occasions for that. The company has organized its productions in its own facilities and modern equipment, consistent with the technological process of all products. Our motto is: RETURN TO THE REAL THINGS OF NATURE!
