Promes is a Macedonian company for production and trade in meat and meat products. It has existed since 1992 and in the past years of its existence has managed to grow into one of the most serious companies in the activity it deals with. Namely, from a small company with only a few employees today it is among the 200 largest companies in the Republic of Macedonia. The process of continuous improvement and application of the most modern technical and technological achievements are everyday in the work of Promes. According to the latest panel research conducted in Macedonia, Promes is a company that is in the first place in terms of the market share in Macedonia in the field of meat industries by volume and value of sales. This is primarily due to the fact that we, as a company, are very familiar with the specifics of the Macedonian market, culture, tradition, tastes and consumer demands, and in that way we manage to get closer to our customers in the best possible way, satisfying the requirements of the most intriguing consumers. Promes is a private company that, according to the Law on Trade Companies, was established as a DPP (Production and Trade Company). Today, Promes employs 250 people with different educational profiles and at different educational levels depending on the workplace and the requirements for serving the job. This implies (butchers, technologists, economists, sellers, VKV workers, etc.). The process of continuous improvement of employees is mainly done through internal trainings and workshops, visiting seminars and fairs in and out of the country. Republic of Macedonia as a country is deficient with professional staff from this activity (it is thought of those directly involved in the production process), therefore Promes as a company, thanks to its long experience, independently realizes the activities for education of this type of personnel. Production in Promes is done according to state-of-the-art technology, according to strictly prescribed recipes and way of production. Our responsibility and dedication is also expressed by the fact that our products are of the highest quality. They are constantly tested in independent laboratories that are certified and authorized by the state for this type of controls and research. Promes is certified with HACCP (Safe Food Production System).
