In the current factory for automotive fancy products there are capacities and workshops available within a modernly arranged complex spread over a 85.000 m2 surface area, out of which 32.780 m2 represent a covered area. Safety belts and restraint systems Photos

Safety belt means an assembly of straps with a securing buckle, adjusting device and attachments which is capable of being anchored to a power driven vehicle and is designed to diminish the risk of injury of its wearer, in the event of collision or of abrupt vehicle deceleration, by limiting the mobility of the wearer’s body. Seatbelts are estimated to reduce the overall risk for serious injuries in crashes by 60-70 % and the risk for fatalities by about 45 %.

These components enable safety entry and exit of the vehicle as well as safe driving by withstanding longitudinal and transverse loads and protection against opening at high G- forces. Door latches have both an intermediate latched position and a fully latched position. They are designed to prevent doors opening accidentally, especially by children. We meet our customer specific requirements by offering them a high quality with competitive price products, such as latches, hinges and mechanisms for:Side,doors, Deckled ,Hood. Depending on our customer specific requirements, we realize our door latches with independent manual function or integrated into a central locking system with electrical indication of locking status. Door latches and retention components meet the requirements of Directive 70/387/EEC, as amended by Directive 2001/31/EC and ECE Regulation 11.01.

A devices intended to give a clear view to the rear, side or front of the vehicle within the fields of vision to the driver. Modular design of AMAC SP Mirrors allows the application of various standard and optional features onto a common base design. These features can be easily added to meet specific customer requirements. Some of the components features include: Motion control and command unit: Manual, Power driven (electrical). Reflecting unit where the mirror glass is a main component: Flat glass, Convex glass. This unit enables dimmed reflection of the image which drastically improve safety driving.Folding unit among other things responsible for protection against breaking when the rear view mirror contacts with barrier. Heating unit which “cleans” the water and ice from the reflecting surface. It makes driving safety and comfortable even in an extreme climatic conditions. These components meets the requirements of Directive 77/127/EEC, as amended by Directive 88/321/EC and ECE Regulation 46.01.

Window regulators are another important component of vehicle’s doors AMAC SP meets it’s customer specific requirements easily by adding various standard and optional features onto a common base design, which is enabled by Window Regulator modular design. All performances are based on the fallowing components: motion control and command unit -Manual -Power driven (electrical).
