The business activity of the company covers production and trade of sports, casual and working clothes, aluminum and PVC joinery and glassing, restaurants and catering.
Since 1994 the production of sports, work and leisure clothing has become a priority of the company. With its products tailored to the latest trends in the fashion world, DELENA has secured on the Bulgarian and demanding international market as a symbol of quality and style.
Company's sports and everyday articles include sports suits, bermudas, shorts, jackets, T-shirts, blouses, sweat-shirts made from various polyamide, polyester, cotton fabrics, and blends. The varied output is the result of the combination of technology, design and fashion.
Along with the sporting and leisure articles that the company produces, work clothes are also being developed and manufactured. In their diversity, they include pantyhose, jackets, wreaths, wedges and more. The fabrics for their manufacture meet the European standards.
The company uses digital ink jet technology for sublimation on polyester fabrics as well as thermal transfer printing. These technologies allow us to create customized T-shirts, shorts, suitss and outfits for professional teams playing volleyball, basketball, football, rugby, running and cycling. Our main clients for digital ink jet printing are SPORTIKA Italy, UMBRO, BOB TUO France and many Bulgarian clients.
For the needs of production, we have 5 high-performance automatic embroidery machines with 15, 12, 10 and 8 heads in 9 color threads, an additional sequin device as well as a laser cutter for details and applications. Programming, creation of designer gauges and preparation of embroidery are done by our specialists.
Since 2003 the company has invested in STOLL CMS Linear Knitting Machines and a complete line for producing end products - sweaters, vests, hats, polyacrylic, wool and cotton yarns and blends. Currently, we have the full range of gauges - 3, 5, 7, 10 and 12. All machines are Fully Fashion and are the latest generation of CMS HP, and the software is the most modern one - M1 +. We have a special machine for producing knitted men's and women's scarves with fringes.
DELENA has its own production, commercial and warehouse area of more than 15 000 square meters. The company employs over 300 people employed in the production. An advantage is the computer CAD-CAM program for cutting and reproduction, which the company has had since 1994. and which is periodically updated.
DELENA is a desirable partner for a number of established European companies such as: Otto, SIEH AN!, WITT WEIDEN, KLINGEL, HEINE - Germany, SPORTALM- Austria, SPORTIKA, 30 GRADI, BEVERLY HILL, DIEFFE - Italy, SOCIETE YCE, ARMOR LUX, GROUPE ZANNIER - FRANCE. Everyday clothing madeby DELENA is used by the Bulgarian Army for the military contingents in Iraq, as well as by the French gendarmerie. Our customers are Mobiltel, EVN and a number of retail chains.
In 2006, in for th epurpose of expanding its business, the company invested in the creation of a modern factory for production of aluminum and PVC joinery and glazing and various types of curtain walling. The company is a representative of the Bulgarian PVC profiles manufacturer VIVA PLAST and also offers PVC joinery of the German profiles manufacturer REHAU. DELENA works with state-of-the-art glass-making technology using different types of glass - color, ornamental and low emission.
In 2008, DELENA started the establishment of a chain of outlets, which have so far grown up to 7. They offer commodity quantities purchased from various manufacturers of clothing and footwear. Offered goods are attractive because of their high quality, extremely variety and low price.
Through its partners, the company offers restaurant and catering activities, and maintains four public canteens in Haskovo served by a mother kitchen, as well as a pizzeria and restaurant in the city center. To date, we provide food to over 3500 people working in different companies, such as Alians, Mineral, Vikom, Bratya Pilevi mill and others. Another part are students from the municipalities of Haskovo, Stambolovo, Mineralni bani, Simeonovgrad and Dimitrovgrad. The company delivers free breakfasts for students from 1st to 4th grade, as well as lunch for over 2,000 primary school pupils in a full-day form of education. In 2009, the company won a project from the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare to open a Public Dining Room, one of its kind in the region, which aims to improve the quality of life and provide support to socially disadvantaged people who do still enjoy the social service of thePublic Dining Room.
